Service Centre - FAS/E Services in Alberta
Community Living / Residential Support
Alberta Association for Community Living Services: Provides support and services to children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families.
Good Samaritan Society Services: The Society operates five group homes in the Edmonton area for individuals with developmental disabilities who are at least 18 years old. They offer an individualized service whereby a needs assessment is completed, a profile of required services is tailored for the individual, and help is provided in accessing required services.
Keyano Home Support Services: WJS Alberta provides services for persons with disabilities, persons with dual diagnosis, etc. Some of the services include 24-hour residential care, in-home support and employment training.
Lethbridge Family Services, DaCapo Services: Provides residential and long-term living arrangements for FAS/E individuals. Telephone support is available to individuals requiring information about FAS/E.
Skills Training and Support Services Association Services: This program has a residential focus, which provides support to individuals with mental disabilities to help them live as independently as possible. An outreach service is offered and, id required, in-home assessment can be provided.
